Our SeaMoss is personally harvested by our Family from the marine protected shores around Canouan Island, The Grenadines. Far from cruise ports, cargo docks, industrial runoffs, and with a tiny population; this means our virgin waters are untouched - as pristine as it can be. We gently air dry under the Caribbean sun using best manufacturing practices, ensuring a quality of the highest standards. Our species is the Eucheuma Cottonii aka kappaphycus alvarezii, as confirmed through our local Fisheries Department.
Authenticity:
Each shipment of our SeaMoss dispatched directly from the island is accompanied by an official health certificate issued by the governing authorities. This certificate confirms that the SeaMoss has been inspected according to strict phytosanitary procedures and meets conformity standards. It verifies that the SeaMoss is free from quarantine pests, practically free from harmful chemicals, and compliant with current international health and safety regulations. More than just a formality, this certificate serves as proof of authenticity and quality, giving you full confidence in the safety and integrity of your SeaMoss.
