Delivery Delays
Nationwide packages that is being returned to sender will be refunded unless in instances where the package arrives back to us in poor condition. Refund will be subject to restocking and any applicable freight fees. Customers must check that delivery address is correct to avoid delays.
International packages that are detained, confiscated, marked as undeliverable or returned by the delivery service completes the transaction, and SeaMoss Boss Canouan can not be held liable for anything that happens there after. If for any reason this occurrence transpires, Customer will not be refunded unless in instances where the package arrives back to us in good condition. The customer will be responsible for checking with their local authorities on import restrictions. Any shipping and handling fees to resend, will be the responsibility of the Customer. Customs duties will also be the responsibility of the customer.
