100% Organic Dried Elderberries

Ingredients: 1oz European Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) 

Elderberries deliver flexible options for many culinary needs. They are used in jams, syrups, juices & wine; and they provide a pleasant, fruity aroma. 

To make a tea, cover one teaspoon of elderberries with one cup of water in a pan. Slowly bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
