Making Sea Moss gel is easy as it takes three easy steps: Wash, Soak, Blend. Here's how to make the best Sea Moss gel. This will last up to 4 weeks in the fridge.
Wash
Simply rinse Sea Moss thoroughly with spring water to remove any ocean content. Drain & repeat 2 or 3 more times or until water runs clear.
Soak
Add cleaned Sea Moss and spring water to a large bowl. Ensure the Sea Moss completely with water, as it will expand 2-3 times when rehydrated.
Blend
Rinse then blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into clean glass jar and place in fridge to gel. Use within 4-6 weeks or freeze up to 6 months.
