To make your own SEAMOSS GEL at home, simply wash 2-3 times to get rid of any salt or debris. Soak the dried moss for 12-24 hours in water then rinse and blend in a high-speed blender with fresh water. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months
Recommended Consumption:
Adults: 1-2 Tablespoons daily.
Children: 1-2 Teaspoons daily over 2yrs.
