Gold Sea Moss has all the nutrients and minerals we already know and love. It has a low odour and taste compared to other variants of colour. It is harvested by hand, then sun dried naturally in the warm Caribbean sun.

To make your own SEA MOSS GEL at home, simply wash 2-3 times to get rid of any salt or debris. Soak the dried moss for 12-24 hours in water then rinse and blend in a high-speed blender with fresh water. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months
Recommended Consumption:
Adults: 1-2 Tablespoons daily.
Children: 1-2 Teaspoons daily over 2yrs.
