Purple Sea Moss has all of the benefits of gold sea moss. Purple Sea Moss tends to have a stronger ocean taste than that of the gold.

    Wash | Soak | Rinse| Blend | Store 

    To make your own SEA MOSS GEL at home, simply wash 2-3 times to get rid of any salt or debris. Soak the dried moss for 12-24 hours in water then rinse and blend in a high-speed blender with fresh water. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months 

    Recommended Consumption:
    Adults: 1-2 Tablespoons daily.
    Children: 1-2 Teaspoons daily over 2yrs.
