I got the starter pack, I gifted the gold and full spectrum for Christmas, but the green and purple have been amazing! I’ve noticed an obvious decrease in bloat, my face has been clearing up and I personally don’t notice a “sea” taste.
I personally have had it in my protein shakes, smoothies, teas,coffee and sometimes I just eat it off a spoon.
I have quit taking energy supplements and workout supplements because this has made my body naturally more energetic.
