Due to the consumable nature of our product, we are very careful on how we accept returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unsealed, in the same condition that you received it and unused. Be sure to include your order information, pictures of your unsealed product and a reason for your return. We will try our best to accommodate you.

If your return is approved, please return your package to the business address provided. Any incurred handling and shipping fees (listed or not) are nonrefundable and will be deducted. Brokerage or customs duties are not refundable. Return shipment fees will be at your own expense. A restock fee may also be applicable. 

REFUNDS/ISSUES
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded using your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. This may take 7 to 30 business days depending on the country and banking institution. 

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have receive the wrong item. Once we determine that there is something wrong with the item, we may offer you a 50% refund or a replacement; since we sell a consumable product.

EXCHANGES
Due to the consumable nature of our product, we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you get what you want, please request a return for the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the correct item.
