SHIPPING POLICY (from S.V.G)
Purchases 50lbs and above will be shipped from Canouan Island. All shipping dates are estimates and rely on the a third party shipping services such as DHL and Amerijet. Any item that is marked with a delivered status by the delivery service completes the transaction and SeaMoss Boss Canouan can not be held liable for anything that happens there after. This includes, inability to locate the item, or issues with the import process.
You must also confirm you have listed the correct address,
SeaMoss Boss Canouan is not responsible for unverified or incorrect addresses.
Our website currently only shows pricing for purchases within the US. To request a price list and place a customized order for shipment from St. Vincent & the Grenadines, via Amerijet or DHL, please contact us directly by emailing us at info@seamossbosscanouan.com; or by using the Contact Us page.
Processing Time: After an order has cleared the 48hr inspection and certification process with the local Authorities. The order will then be delivered to the courier within 1 business day. Tracking info will be provided.
Courier: We ship orders worldwide via DHL or via cargo carriers such as Amerijet to the U.S, the U.K, Canada, and across the world. We recommend that larger orders be shipped via Amerijet. For smaller orders, we normally recommend DHL. To other Caribbean destinations, please ask us about our inter-island ferry transfer options.
Transit time: According to DHL, Express shipping is an average of 3 to 5 business days. These orders generally do not require your intervention through the customs clearance process and will be delivered directly to the shipping address you provide. Note that DHL will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Orders sent via Amerijet takes an average of 3-5 business days. Bear in mind, that upon arrival to your final airport destination via AmeriJet, you will be fully responsible for custom clearances and collection of your order. You may also require a customs broker to do this on your behalf.
We do not accept responsibility for any delays experienced by the courier company after your order has been dispatched.
